First, try the printing guide

Check that the PDF paper size matches the printer, use actual-size printing, and download a fresh version if the file did not open correctly. Read the printing guide.

For a useful bug report

• Include the page address and which maker you used.
• Describe what happened and what you expected.
• Include your browser, paper size, and whether the issue affects the preview or PDF.
• For a word-placement issue, include only the sample words needed to reproduce it.

Please do not send student names, health details, or other sensitive information. You can reproduce most puzzle issues with a made-up word list.

Corrections

Clue wording, vocabulary, and printer behavior can always improve. When reporting a resource correction, name the printable and the exact word or clue so it can be checked.
